Brett Howard is responsible for Chubb’s global enterprise third-party risk management program. He joined Chubb in 2019 to lead its Claims Vendor Management and Business Process Outsourcing practice. Brett spent the prior 16 years at Goldman Sachs in a number of leadership roles, establishing firmwide vendor risk and captive shared services capabilities, in addition to transforming finance, procurement, business services, and corporate real estate functions. Earlier in his career, he was a supply chain consultant at KPMG and IBM.

In this session, the speaker will share Chubb’s multiyear commitment to design, build, and deploy a third-party risk management program, including the principles being applied, technology implemented, and phased deployment approach to more effectively identify, measure, mitigate, and manage the risks associated with the use of third parties.
